SAMR Self-Assessment

Dr. Ruben Puentedura developed the SAMR model as a way for teachers to evaluate how they are incorporating technology into their instructional practice. You can use SAMR to reflect on how you're integrating technology into your classroom. Is it an act of substitution, augmentation, modification or redefinition?

This resource is a self-assessment created with Google Forms that tasks the user in thinking about how they are integrating a piece of technology into a lesson. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete this activity and it can be completed as many times as you would like.  A copy of your responses will be automatically emailed to you upon completion.
